• Manage business stakeholders and business partners like HR, India CIO and Finance.
• Responsible for accurate reporting of center headcount, demand and bench.
• Performs the data analysis, trending, interpretation and modeling to support headcount and demand forecasting.
• Drives and supports all enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives related to Resource Management related tools such as Abacus, SMART, SSI, IQN etc.
• Works closely with Talent Supply POCs and Technology projects on solutioning for Demand Supply tools being used by the Business.
