- Take inbound calls from customers and process requests for account activation, disconnection, reconnection and the like.
- Handle inquiries on subscription plans and billing statements.
- Provide support and reassurance to customer and resolve any concerns.
- Perform ones tasks in accordance with company policies.
- At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (K-12 program)
- Above average English communication skills
- Typing speed of 30wpm 90% accuracy
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule (including night shift)
- Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
