Job Description
- Review documents and assess actions required
- Provide assistance to customers using phone and email
- Ensure customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Abide by company policies and procedures in carrying out one's customer service duties
Requirements
- Bachelors degree graduate
- With or without work experience
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese (N1 to N3 level)
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work on rotating schedule
- Open to work in Mandaluyong, Cubao, Fort BGC and Alabang
