Depending on your qualifications, basic monthly salary will range from 13,000 pesos to 23,000 pesos, while incentives and other benefits range from 2,000 pesos to 12,000 pesos monthly.

Roles

  • Process account verification, account activation, validation of customer information, etc.
  • Ensure all customer calls are attended to promptly and courteously
  • Recognize end-users’ need for additional products and services. Make soft offers as needed.
  • Route calls to technical support or sales as appropriate

Requirements
  • FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)
  • High School or SHS Graduate and above. No experience needed.
  • Amenable to shifting schedule - including NIGHTSHIFT
  • Good to excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Internet applications. Typing speed of 25-30wpm.
  • High level of comprehension and fast learner.
  • With or Without Experience can Apply
