PURPOSE

  • This position exists to support the Program Management and Change Integration Group Head to drive the incremental projects and
    initiatives by communicating significant risks and opportunities for the identified initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Educational
Qualifications for this position

  • Applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s degree

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in the telco industry will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years working experience involving either auditing, accounting, or risk
    management
  • Has experience in developing controls, policies & procedures and governance
  • Has experience in maintaining, managing and executing a comprehensive
    process for identifying, assessing, evaluating, monitoring and reporting risks

Business Understanding:

  • Show knowledge and understanding of the Global/Philippine telco/ICT
    landscape such as products, services, operations, and competition
  • Exhibit acumen on operationalizing strategy through business planning

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Risk Management – Policies & Procedures

  • Develop risk management policies and governance framework
  • Determine the risk appetite and tolerance of the company
  • Ensures consistent implementation of established risk assessment
    methodologies, models and systems
  • Develops procedural implementation and change management process to
    ensure proper governance and controls exist for new initiatives or processes

Risk Management – Assessment, Treatment, and Monitoring

  • Provides objective, independent controls and governance assessments &
    recommendations
  • Determine the risk appetite and tolerance of the company
  • Ensures consistent implementation of established risk assessment
    methodologies
  • Assist in assessing strategic, project, and operational risks by providing
    guidance with the identification, evaluation, management and communication of
    significant risk and opportunities
  • Monitor risk appetite and key risk indicators
  • Escalates timely and actionable information to key stakeholders
  • Prepare risk management reports
