  • The position exists in order to analyze CXP Processes with the objective of improving and making it scalable and efficient.


Education:  Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Related course

Relevant Experience:

  • 2-3 years of solid work experience related in Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent

Business Understanding:

  • Previous related account management, sales, or customer service experience in BPO is required.


  • Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved
  • Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
  • Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
  • Develop solutions or alternative practice
  • Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
  • Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
  • Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
