PURPOSE

The position exists in order to facilitate learning sessions and run training content and materials with the objective of equipping new staff with the knowledge and skills in processing sales and aftersales transactions for our subscribers; within the limits of the functions directly related to the job expectations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:  Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position

  • BS Degree of any IT, Education or Business Management discipline

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in corporate training facilitation

Business Understanding:

  • Experience in classroom management and training facilitation Ability to analyze training needs and create contents applicable Technical ability to use variety of multimedia applications Documentation skills

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Training Facilitation

  • The role will provide operational support to the Transition Management Group including thru Training Delivery
  • Process and Policy Training of newly onboarded business center personnel (both for additional HC or backfill) or other applicable departments that may require the training catered by the team
  • Update/cascade/cross training for existing business center personnel – for new process/policy/toll roll-out
  • Refresher training to mitigate non-performance of new/tenured business center personnel
  • Expertise in managing participants’ class behavior while maintaining an encouraging learning environment
  • Provide necessary coaching and feedback session to trainees
  • Prepare regular end of training reports

Training Materials Development

  • Work with the training manager to identify training needs for the target audience
  • Assist in or produce training content for classroom training 
  • Assist in documenting, maintaining and regularly updating business center policies/processes manuals, facilitator and learners’ guide
  • Work with the training manager and other departments to ensure alignment on policies/processes as a partner on change management
