The position exists to analyze training needs and facilitate necessary frontline training of Converge’s business center associates with the objective of ensuring employee efficiency during the deployment, minimizing errors and negative impact to customers.

Responsibilities
TRAINING
- Identify training needs and performing learning gap analysis to continuously improve training process and modules; facilitates and delivers training materials; consistent reporting of training progress and challenges
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Performs regular trainee observation to trainees perform the expected output after the training sessions; identify gaps and coach trainees to improve performance
