Responsibilities:
 Work with the CISO to drive the Business Continuity Management Initiatives for the organization
and reports status of program implementation to stakeholders and regulators
 Lead the development and calibration of the Business Continuity Management Framework
 Implement best practices from highly automated companies and FSIs on BCM
 Lead the development of the company level Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management
Plan
 Perform a gap assessment of new BCM regulations and standards with the current BCM
implementation in Mynt

Qualifications:
 Extensive experience in the Business Continuity Management System and Crisis
 Management
 Solid knowledge in BSP Circular 808 and 951; ISO 22301:2012 Business Continuity Management
System
 Hands-on experience on BCM Planning and Testing
 Strong sense of Information Security controls needed in BCM Planning
