Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned department such as preparation of related correspondences and documents for processing and data entry
Filing and photocopying, routing of documents; efficient document management
Monitors and manages existing accounts
Monitors accounts receivables and payments
Monitors and maintain a record of work orders tracking and borrowing
Assists Account Officer in following up on leads and prospects and providing client assistance
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
Excellent communication skills
