As a Senior Business Development Associate, you are part of the key to Lamudi's growth by increasing revenues through an increasing the number of clients, equally increasing the # of properties offered to people searching for their new dream home with the help of Lamudi tools and by following our processes you will become a superstar in signing new broker clients. Moreover, you will lead and oversee a team of Business Development Associates to bring in new clients.
You are great at:
Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.
Assisting the Business Development department in developing and championing new business processes, projects, and products of LamudiBuilding and expanding client database
Supporting the onboarding of partners and clients and help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising.
Leading the team of Business Development Associates to bring in new clients.
What it takes:
Minimal of 3 years relevant experience in sales or telesales
Excellent communication in both written and verbalGreat with building and maintaining client relationships
Very strong sales & negotiation skillsAbility to work well in a high energy team
Well organized & structured working style
Great team player and LeaderFluency in spoken & written English
