Job Description:
The Client Success Specialist/Accounts Manager will be in charge of managing MSPbots’ client relationships by establishing long-lasting, trusting, and mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products and services which best fit the individual needs of the client. The work hours and schedule for this post preferably would be from 8 am-5 pm CST (10 pm-7 am PHT), Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Client Life Cycle
· Build strong relationships with existing clients, key decision makers and stakeholders to understand their application priorities and challenges
· Provide existing clients relevant information on how they can optimize our software solutions to ensure client satisfaction, and manage application usage by responding to inquiries via phone calls, chat, or email
· Collect feedback and suggestions from clients and work out appropriate action plans
· Collaborate with internal teams to fully optimize the client experience
Job Requirements:
· 1-3 years of customer success or account management experience preferably within enterprise software or SaaS
· Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to establish a strong business relationship with clients and stakeholders
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High level of comfort with technology
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
