SUBX FINANCE LAB is a Singapore-based blockchain-as-a-service provider for businesses to integrate web3 technologies into their products and services.
- Identifying new sales leads, and building a pipeline of sales opportunities, to achieve revenue targets and other KPIs set by management.
- Oversee assigned accounts, including enquires, negotiating deals, operational improvement, and campaign participation to maximise growth.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
- Overlook & manage sales team activities in a specific area and/or for specific accounts
- Develop & maintain a continuous sales pipeline across the accounts assigned to you
- Maintain and provide a detailed and continuous sales report and forecast
- Continuously expand and maintain your network of business professionals
- Be the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop proposals, conduct sales conversations, give presentations
- Actively understand each customer’s strategic growth plans, technology, and needs
- Stay updated on industry trends & issues affecting the prospect
- Ensure the proper handover of sold projects to the responsible team, and follow up on the status of the order fulfilment until a project is fully delivered and fully paid up
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email and/or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- You will lead a team to overlook and manage sales activities in a specific area and/or for specific accounts
- You will develop and maintain a continuous sales pipeline across the accounts assigned to you.
Minimum Qualification :
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of B2B Sales and Account Management experience
- Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients
- Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Proficient in CRM Software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of PM Software (eg. Asana)
- Good written and spoken command of English
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Have a strong interest in blockchain technology
