The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. The Marketing Systems team plays an important role in Shopee Marketing. They are in charge of Onsite Prioritization and Marketing UX Optimization:
- Onsite Prioritization is the curation and management of homepage assets and components according to business need and user interest
- Marketing UX Optimization centralizes improvements for both local front end UX and local internal processes that require Marketing-wide implementation
The Marketing Systems team is crucial to the company because it decides which of our campaigns and initiatives get the best visibility in-app. Nothing goes on Shopee’s homepage without the team’s say-so. At the same time, the majority of Marketing system improvements go through the team as well.
As a member of the Marketing Systems team, you will work closely with Marketing Operations, Onsite Marketing Management, and Product Management to maximize the impact of our Marketing initiatives on Shopee’s user base.
