- Develop B2B deals and packages that drive the acquisition of new accounts and ensure their retention
- Responsible for pitching ShopeePay B2B service to enterprise clients and developing a partnership package that meet their needs
- Acting as the main point of contact between your key accounts and internal teams
- Responsible for onboarding enterprises, including conducting due diligence on new and existing partner accounts
- Continuously maintain a strong relationship with enterprise partners
- Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, operations, and other internal departments to ensure that accounts’ needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Negotiating contracts with key enterprises and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
