- Responsible for reviewing ShopeeXpress cases related to shipments and lost/damaged goods
- Does investigation of disputes and complaints received from customers regarding their deliveries through verification of waybills and discussions with involved parties
- Reviews investigation reports to clarify issues, concerns, grievances, and interests of all parties involved
- Makes proper recommendation based on results of investigation conducted
- Communicate with other Shopee Xpress teams Aid the Shopee Xpress
- Ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practices guide and KPIs are met
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
