Job Description
Reporting
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Solutions

Key tasks and responsibilities
•    Marketing Solutions Operations
o    Understand the features and setup of the different solutions offered to brands/sellers to invest in and towards the platform, i.e. Sponsored Search, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Affiliate, Marketing Solutions Portal, external traffic channels such as Facebook and Google, and any new solution that will be launched, and keep updated on any solution updates and upgrades

o    Coordinate with different teams internally, e.g.:
    Commercial for account updates and strategies
    Business Operations on managed LazMall accounts’ campaign calendars, assets, and execution
    Branding, Performance marketing, Sponsored Solutions Operations for asset availability, ways of working, and best practices, and any needed solution troubleshooting for managed accounts
    Legal and Finance to ensure all requirements, agreements, and business documents are organized, fulfilled, and SOPs are followed
o    Monitor handled categories’ performance metrics across the different solutions and identify benchmarks, best practices, and points for improvement

•    Marketing Solutions Account Management
o    Be the single point of contact for anything related to Marketing Solutions and Sponsored Solutions for assigned Global Strategic Key Account and Key Account brands and sellers
o    Actively pitch and introduce the suite of Sponsored Solutions to brands and sellers not yet active within handled categories
o    Educate brands and sellers on the different benefits of each solution through customized workshops and trainings
o    Understand managed clients’ consumer funnel, goals, and strategy and help them achieve these through high-touch solution consultation and regular performance reviews
o    Provide support for brands/sellers & their agencies to build efficient media plans (from planning to execution to post-mortem), share category best practices and optimization tips
o    Ensure key performance indicators such as impressions, page views, click rate, conversion rate, return on investment/ad spend, and paid media revenue contribution are met with proper tools usage, campaign set-up, and optimization
o    Review campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis and key recommendations to improve and optimize performance to drive growth
o    Develop timely and actionable business reviews and post-mortem campaign reports
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
•    Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
•    Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
•    Strong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teams
•    Strong communication skills to be able to deliver pitches to newly onboarded and long-tail brands and sellers
•    Firm, strong personality to be able to guide brands, sellers, and agencies to ensure proper usage of tools
•    Attention to detail, analytical skills to deep dive account performance and give actionable insights and points for improvement
•    Can adapt quickly to assigned accounts’ short-, mid-, and long-term strategies – to be able to give proper advice and strategic input
•    3-5 years of experience in brand/account management
•    Experience related to areas of brand marketing/digital and performance marketing is a plus
