  • Prior administrative experience (Minimum 1 year)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • BA/BS degree in Communication, Business Administration or relevant field


Job Description

You will be working in an exciting tech startup (think of Instagram or Facebook in their early days!) that is focused on revolutionizing the health and medical industry. You're expected to perform the following:

  • Handling general administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Using various tools to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
